Hello there! My name is Jessica and I am completing a Master's degree in Developmental Psychology and Education at OISE - University of Toronto, in the Applied Psychology and Human Development Department. As a preschool teacher, and avid home-cook, parents often speak to me about their picky eaters, busy schedules, and cooking and nutrition questions. Oftentimes parents are overwhelmed by the thought of creating a home-cooked meal after a long and busy day, however the immediate and long-term benefits of cooking and sharing meals with the family on a nightly basis are well worth the effort, and this website was created to tell you why! I will offer advice based on current research, suggest simple recipes and cooking tips for you and your children, as well as provide you with many resources. Bon Appétit!
